Approximately 1,600–2,000 sq. ft. of livable space for day-to-day life
An attached hangar or shop sized for your aircraft, toys, or workshop
2–3 bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, and a flex space (office, den, or guest room)
Climate-controlled areas for year-round comfort
You can bring your own builder (within community guidelines), or work with recommended designers who understand aviation and desert builds.

1,600' Dirt runway (14/32) - well groomed and suited for landings
